    1. Every sermon preached is God’s message to us. We have to listen and allow God to speak to us.

    2. Don’t try to see your neighbour, who needs God’s word or reprove. Be humble and examine yourself with the word of God always.

    3. Our spiritual growth depends on how well we receive the word of God.

    4. God’s rod of correction is meant to put us on the right path.

    5. Do not harden your heart because of your self-righteousness. Surrender yourself to God completely.
