In our Open heavens today much emphasis is placed on sacrifice. These are some of the lessons we can learn:
1. If you want to become great, you have to spend a lot of time praying to God.
2. Fasting is also an essential ingredient in the recipe of greatness. Great people must live a fasted life.
3. The word of God is power; we must always study the word of God with keen interest and a heart to receive from him.
4. God does not choose great people randomly; he is interested in how you will act before and after he makes you great.
5. Your roots must be deep so that you can be firm in God
