1. The Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11-32)

This parable tells the story of a son who squanders his inheritance but is welcomed back with open arms by his forgiving father. However, we have to decide to return to him to enjoy his Love.

2. The Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37)

In this parable, Jesus teaches about compassion and Love for neighbors through the story of a Samaritan who selflessly helps a wounded man on the roadside. It highlights the boundless nature of God’s Love and calls for His us to show mercy to everyone, regardless of social or cultural differences. The good Samaritan paid all the fees for the treatment of the wounded man and left extra for his care. His action reflects what Christ did for us on the cross.
