1. Your right-hand men deserve to be honored.

2. You should show commitment to your right-hand men; don’t treat them in an ignoble way.

3. Don’t underestimate the importance of people God has placed in your life as right-hand men.

4. You must show your right-hand men how much you love them. Let them see your commitment to them through your actions.

5. You should share in their joy and pain. Give them gifts and make them comfortable around you.

Action Point: Pick up your phone and call that fellow who has been a right-hand man to you just to encourage him or her. You can also present him or her with a gift of appreciation.
