Healthy eating is eating the right amount of nutrient present in different categories of food. God encourages us to eat and live healthy.

It’s also important to limit your intake of added sugars, saturated and trans fats, and sodium. Drinking plenty of water, being physically active, and limiting alcohol intake can also contribute to a healthy lifestyle.
