The Bible is the only book that contains wisdom and solutions for every challenge we face; even body image issues. Many of us have low confidence in our body image. We often feel as if we are not beautiful or we are not deserving of love. There are bible verses about body image that speaks to this challenge and help us find confidence in how we look.

It took a lot of effort for me to realise how beautiful I was without any of those things. These days I am more comfortable in my skin. I wear less jewellery, makeup or wig; I feel more beautiful than before.

These days people go for different kinds of surgery to alter their body shape for selfish reasons, which is against God’s instruction. Our bodies are living sacrifices and we should value our bodies. What people think doesn’t matter when it comes to your body shape and beauty.
Plastic surgeries have consequences which sometimes are unforeseen. In This part of the world, people bleach their skin to look beautiful and accepted. Let your beauty come from within and not without.
